Many people have heard of the 10/40 window: the latitude and longitude for many of the unreached people groups in the world. Fewer people have heard of the 4/14 window: the age-range of children and youth where 85% of people who repent and believe in Jesus come to faith.

This year’s CSCE Personal Evangelism Conference will target children’s ministry and youth ministry pastors and volunteers. Thursday, November 6, will focus on evangelism training for children’s leaders, and Friday, November 7, will concentrate on evangelism training for youth leaders.
